- Removed the usage of readfile() to prevent compatibility issues with some server configurations.
Bug Fixes
- Changed the way thumbnails are send to the browser. This should improve the ability of services like Facebook to load those images.
- Fixes issue where you get an error message that a layout was not found if you open an event without using a menu item. Instead of using the default layout, the layout of the default menu item was used.
