#821 Problems with Gallery functions

 Hello,

my System:
Joomla 3.3.1
Event Gallery 3.1
Browser: Chrome and Firefox newest release (the issues occurs in both browsers)
Template: designcontrol von Shape 5 (Bootstrap Framework)
Installation local on XAMPP

I am testing since yesterday your beautiful component and have a few issues:

1. In view Event Pageable when I want to download the image, it does not download, but opens the image in a new browser tab.

2. In pageable view I configured to show the overlay with title etc. in the view with all images of a folder, but it does not appear.

3. Is it possible to edit image titles from Event Gallery? Or does the component only pull the information about title, date etc. from the image itself?

4. How would it be possible to use the component in a multilingual site?

Help is really appreciated, because Event Gallery offers, what no other component does. Thank you in advance.

  1. works as designed. I guess there are not problems in Chrome? Event Gallery 3.2.1 will improve the situation.
  2. please double check and keep mind you can configure this at them menu item and the global options. If this is a CSS issue I would need a working link to your site.
  3. try to click on the title/description..... magic will happen :) But if you ask such a question it might explain why you see no overlays.
  4. yes, but you need to duplicate your events. Use tags to filter them. Event Gallery 3.3 will offer multi language support.

Thank you very much, issues 2 and 3 resolved, for No. 1 I will wait for 3.2.1 and am really looking forward to 3.3.
