Hi !
when I try to order pictures from my site, after confirmation I can see the message "Thank you for your order [...] We already send a notification mail to myAdress " but I don't receive anything. Do you know why ?

How do you confirm that your server can send mails?

I specified it in server settings. What is better to use: PHP Mail, SMTP or Sendmail ?

Event Gallery uses Joomla core features to send mail so it does not care about those settings. Can you send a mail using the a Joomla contact form?

thanks, I tried this Test Mail Server Tool, I send a message with the contact form and I received it in my folder with Test Mail Server Tool but I still don't receive anything by e-mail :(

Of cause not. You are working in a local environment. If you use the local mail tool it'll never send a real email out but you can check them in the incoming folder of this tool.
