I've recently started to try out the cart feature, which is provided by Eventgallery.

The collection of photos in the cart does work as expected (see screen), but at checkout, the page throws away all other frames, menus and templates, the only thing left is the cart, but checkout cannot proceed from here on.

Do I need the "Extended" version of Eventgallery to get the cart working? I don't have it yet. I'm asking, because the product comparison matrix looks like so. But I wonder why the cart module is even here...

thank you for the answer. I've updated Joomla to 3.8.3 and Eventgallery to 3.7.10.

I've increased the error reporting level to "Maximum" as you suggested. Didn't changed anything, I don't see any error message, but instead a white page with the "Bilder im Warenkorb" and so on, as my screenshot above. Have you been able to reproduce the issue with the provided link?

Oh, now I've found the error message too, when I've opened the page source code.

And yes, you were totally right, the category of the event was unpublished and accessible for registered users only :-( *shame*
Don't know what of these both settings caused the error.

Thanks for pointing that out, I wouldn't have found that one without your help!! Finally, I can proceed in testing the cart feature. *closed*
