Hello again,
I would like use surcharges in order system. I've two products paper photos and photobook. If client choose ground shipping for photobook I would like add 50% for shipping price.
Is it possible? Manual is very short in surcharge part.

There is not much about surcharges in the manual since they don't do much. They are not connected to the kind of items in the cart, payment or shipping methods. So I have to answer your questions with No.
