Your server throws a http500. Please increase the error reporting level in the Joomla Configuration to see a useful error message:

Great! :) There is something more:
Fatal error: Call to undefined method JDocumentRaw::addCustomTag() in ...(cut)... (attachment)
When temporarily disabled* the icon works. And who can now reconcile the work of these two programs (Event Gallery and Phoca Open Grafh)?
