While uploading files, i got this error

Notice: Undefined offset: 1 in \components\com_eventgallery\helpers\vendors\pel\src\PelIfd.php on line 375

Hi,

just reduce the error reporting level. I don't recommend to run a live site with those settings.

In addition this is just a notice so it should not harm anything. Does does the upload work anyways for you?

orphicpixel
The upload of the files is working because I can see the jpeg files on its corresponding folders after the upload process but in the frontend, there are white thumbnails and when I clicked them I will get this error - This image failed to load.

sbluege
Seems like the rendering does not work. I guess you already checked the FAQ?
With increased error reporting your might see an error message if you open on of the thumbnails in a new tab/windows.

Can you provide a link to your site?

Jeez! Sometimes when I am in a hurry I really pretend to have read the manuals.

After few minutes of reading from the FAQ page, i tried to rename the files with shorter filenames and it worked perfectly.

Thank you.

My website is still in the development server.

sbluege
Shorter filenames? What was the original file name?

orphicpixel
from this filename - science-club-photography-01.jpg to sc-photo-01.jpg

Is it something with the settings of Event Gallery or with my server configuration?

sbluege
That's actually not a fine file name. Strange. But if to works for you now I don't want to dig deeper here ;)
