 Hello there,

Sometimes the thumbnails and the pictures in the gallery stop to load at a certain point. It's not a particular point but just stop in the middle of loading the page. It happens not only on the main page but on the event pictures page as well.

Let me know if you need any other additional information.
Thank you,
Kristiana

So far I was not able to reproduce this. Are you familiar with the browsers development tools? Please check for JavaScript errors. In addition you can have a look at the network tab to find failed requests. Some servers are not able to handle multiple requests and throw error pages in case of overloading. This is especially true for cheap shared hosting sites.

Is there a gallery where you can reproduce this regularly ?

I just saw your screenshot. I missed it before. Does this happen with other browsers as well? Does cleaning the browser cache helps?

kris_tiana
Hi Sven,
Well, it happens with other browsers as well (I tried IE).
Yes, clearing the cache works. It's interesting that on another PC (my PC at work) it loads everything every time, regardless of how many times I refresh the page.
Let me know if you need anything more as information.Cheers,Kristiana

I still can't see an issue. If if works on other computers something is wrong with yours. Maybe a firewall/virus scanner or any other strange software? Unfortunately there is not much I can do here.

Ok, Sven, as long as it works with the others, it's ok for me. I understand. I'll try it on several PCs so to check if it's only on mine. And will write you back if it's not. :)
