Hy,
I already use this component on another website - joomla version 3.5.1 and everything works - but I use it now also on a site built with template helix 3 by joomshaper but no works. I say better: load photos in the Pictures folder that I create in the root folder Eventgallery but then does not make me see the pictures ... says that the pictures are not loaded? why?

Hi,

you description does not contain much information.

Some of those template block the loading of JavaScript which is included by components like Event Gallery. Other conflicts are possible as well. Do you see thumbnails in the back office?

Can you provide an url to a page which should contain images?
