first of all - great work with Event Gallery, it's exactly what I need even I don't use all it's powers.. Nevertheless, I have a problem and and I wasn't able to solve with FAQs or withing tickets.
Description: On Monday Jan 04 I uploaded 5 pictures, verified they were displayed just fine and went home. Yesterday I was told that gallery is no longer working, I was suspecting browser issues, but I can't see pics too. Pics (and thumbnails) are no longer visible, from backend and frontend too. There was no change in Joomla since upload and problem; and I was told by provider no change was done on their side. I wasn't able to see error 500, but at the same time I wasn't able to produce any logs in joomla (and I'm still trying to solve it). I went through FAQs and discussion posts and tried following:
* Use rendering fallback, incl. clearing cache.
* verified that GD library is on.
* Image sharpening.
* folder permissions are writeable
* changing template
* Some E500 tried too, but since recently was everything running just fine..
* adding new event with the same result
* filenames are just fine
Please notice that because of the logging I wasn't able to fpassthru. And as "no change on webhosting" no more investigation about mod_secure.
