The Flickr guys did nothing wrong. They just charge for their service.
I have no plans to support OneDrive. If you need online space, using Amazon S3 is an option as well. I know... it is not for free :)

Not from my point of view. I don't understand their motivation when they said they would erase files over 1,000. Very strange approach. I have 1,300 stored there. And all files have links on different sites. This is huge. But I will not pay them in principle. I know that there is a policy when forbid to add new files. But to erase old - is savagery. I'm not paying them a cent!

The don't erase Creative Commons images, right? ;) Anyhow, back to the initial question: OneDrive is not on the roadmap.
