you can do this in the Joomla backend. There you can create a language override.

Thanks for your advice. I managed to create an override to change zip to Postcode so thanks for that.

Quick question, and I may have asked this before but can this technique be used to change the heading Subcategories - see attachment - to Photographers? I ask because I tried to create an override but couldn't find anything entitled Subcategories.
