Hi Sven,

When trying to complete checkout on our site http://www.ypct.com.au/index.php/galleries I get to the Change Order Data page and can't get any further.
I input all data required and hit the Save and Continue button but the page reloads and doesn't go further.
Any ideas please?

Thanks in advance,
Rod.

Hi,

I see the issue. I was able to create one order but most of the time the address form shows up again.

Do you have any kind of cache active? This cache can be on the hosting or Joomla side. Please double check. This behavior is quite strange. I did not see it before.

Do you see error/messages in your servers logfiles?

Hi,

The Joomla cache is turned off and I can't find any reference to one in cPanel or WHM on our server.

Also there are no relevant messages in the server error logs.

Thanks again.

Seems like it is a caching issue. If I open http://www.ypct.com.au/index.php/galleries/checkout a browser which never saw your site before, I see my checkout data. That should never happen. Please double check your cache settings. The Joomla page cache plugin is deactivated?

The cart works. Usually, it would not work with caching enabled. Same as the checkout. So "something" causes issues here. Please contact your hosting provider about that.

Does your site work in a local test environment?

btw..I'm at a conference today so answers might be delayed.

I didn't even realise there was a page cache plugin in Joomla!

So, I turned it off and the ordering now seems to be working properly!!!

You are brilliant.

Thank you so much.

You're welcome!
