Everybody will be able to see its contents. Do not include usernames, passwords or any other sensitive information.

When people order by email. The address data fields are hidden with the setting in the shipping method.
This is correct.
But this also creates a problem. When we disable the address data fields, also the name fields are hidden.
We think this is incorrect. The name fields should nog be hidden. Also the Bill to address should be Name and Emailadress.
