Hello Sven,
In Joomla Administrator, within menu "Components/EventGallery/Image Type Sets", appear an Fatal Error:
0 Call to a member function getId() on null

Then, I could not review my image type sets.

Recently I had update Joomla (3.6.4 to 3.7.4) and Event Gallery versions (3.7.2 to 3.7.4)

Coincidently I fixed this bug yesterday. I'll be part of the next release.

In the meantime, you just need to have at least one published image type per image type set. Does this work for you?
