Hi, is there a way to disable the possibility to save pictures oth this album? https://www.waterwind.it/new/it/report-articoli/negozio-foto/event/2017_05_20_Coudou.html

I have already set the picture download to be forbidden, and the right click to be not allowed.

What else can I do?

Thanks

It is impossible to prevent a download. Whatever a user sees is already on his hard drive.

Event Gallery does not show the original images. It always creates thumbnails for local files and serves them to the user.

So the only thing to do is to set the thumbnail quality to reasonable low level?

Well.. yes, but I don't like this approach. You can upload smaller images, please make sure this does not break the layout. You can apply a watermark to your image which I recommend. Just keep in mind that everything a user sees on his screen is already on his hard drive. The the worst case they simply do a screenshot.

Thank you for your response.

You're welcome.

Anyway, I noticed that with chrome and IE, if I right click on the thumbnail and I try to save the picture, a window opens in which the file name to be saved is "blank". The dowloaded file is a dot.....With Microsoft Edge, on the contrary, the file as an alphanumeric name and I can download the thumbnail file....
Strange...

Strange. I agree. For me both Edge and Chrome try to save the blank.gif since all thumbnails (with some exceptions) are just bakground CSS images.
