How to set a shiiping method to a school (by example) ?

I suppose it should be set with surcharge but I don't know how to do it?

Please help me.

Just create a new shipping method. The standard shipping method is actually doing nothing so it's up to you what you're doing with this. Just label it in the way you need it.

Yes but in order it's writing shipping address to CUSTOMER....

So it's ambigious for the customer...

Okay. Now we're on the same page. There is not option to disable the shipping address for a specific shipping method. Both data values are independet.

By the way I cannot find a page with the documentation of all the rules for the possible surcharges?

I'll add it to my list. Makes sense but requires a larger rework of the checkout.

There is no additional documentation for surcharges. They do react on some cart properties like the total or the amount of items in the cart. Since just one surcharge can apply, the first which matches the cart wins.
