Hi Sven
Ive noticed this a few time with orders. But on testing found why.
When a order goes to PayPal and the customer hits the back page button from when they are on the paypal login screen.
They lose the cart/order information showing nothing in cart, but a confirmation email is sent and the customer thinks they have paid / order completed.
The checkout page needs to shown so the customer knows he has not paid and no email should be sent to customer and me saying order is placed. Gets confusing and I have lost moneys over this thinking the order has been made and completed with very similar customer names, A request for moneys then has to generated via paypal.
Thanks
Andy
