Please make sure your Joomla! installation can send emails. Event Gallery uses the build in email send functionality. Can you submit a contact form for example?

I am sure of my mistake in joomla configuration , the site is testing on a NAS SYNOLOGY.
The email client himself arrive , not the order arrives manager.

Seems like you can send mails now. You just need to configure who is receiving those mails. Check the components options. There you can specify a user group which receives emails. Make sure the users in this group can receive system mails. That a flag you find in the user settings of each user.
