Hello,

I have been having an issue with the order confirmation email, it includes a form to "Pay now with Paypal" however some users are unable to click on this. This works fine with GMail, however outlook and yahoo email clients are unable to properly view the form.

Are you able to provide some support for this?

Actually not. Those mail clients filter the form elements so the button is doing nothing. The only solution might be to not include this button in an email.

Is there an alternative as my clients like the ability to pay via the email link as well.

They can open their order on your site and click the button there by using the order tracking page.

I already added an item to my tracker. With version 3.4 it's possible to create a link to such an order tracking page so they can click the button in the browser. I'll try to use this feature to provide an alternate link if the button does not work.
