Everybody will be able to see its contents. Do not include usernames, passwords or any other sensitive information.

I can't find any Costant / Value to translate the Discalimer text.
Is there any template file for the email after order created?
This is very important because this text comes inside the email to the customer and at the moment it is in German.

Use the search feature of the Joomla Language Manager to find the right key.

Or simply use the components options. Check for the field to enter a disclaimer. By default it's an empty field so don't get confused.
