Good Morning,
I bought the extended version of the component that I find amazing.
I have the following problem.
I created an event and set a price as digital product, create the shipping method for e-mail and created the cart with PayPal.
The order confirmation email arrives regularly.
How can I send the email with the download link?
I have read in the forum that the component is only concerned with taking orders, but you would have a method to advise me to send you an email with the link to download the purchased products?

Event Gallery can only collect orders. So far nothing is available to fulfill them in any way. You need to send the mail with the images on your own.

But.... try a demo order with paypal here: http://www.svenbluege.de/demo4/

Event Gallery 3.4 will have a new download shipping method which provides download links once the order is payed.

Thanks for the reply.
I tried to buy two images, choosing as shipping method is e-mail and downloads, and as a basic paypal payment.
I get the confirmation email, but I do not understand how to download the images.

Edit: ok, now I got the email to confirm payment and shipping in preparation. Seconds later also came an email with the download link.

You should have received two mails by now. The order confirmation and a payment confirmation. The payment confirmation mail contains the download links.

Of cause you get this email not before the order is payed. Paypal is a little bit slow in sandbox mode so this takes a while.

The download links are also available on the order tracking page as long as the order is marked as paid.

As you saw, it already works so this feature is not just a promise :) But since I did not publish 3.3 finally it'll take some time for 3.4

In my site, when I try to track the order, I do not see any download link.
The order status is set to: completed, paid for, shipped.
Should I find this feature in version 3.2.1?

I think about sending files by mail directly. But I'm pretty sure this will fail at lot. The size of mails is limited and it depends on the provider if he accepts those large mails. So the solution with the download things it the safest one.

For Event Gallery 3.2 and 3.3 I can't offer a solution. You need to send those files manually. Event Gallery 3.4 is not ready to be used by "normal" users.
