To speed up your site initially, you can pre-render all thumbnails. This is not necessary but useful if you want to calculate the thumbnails on your local development or test system and copy them over to a slower shared host.

	Important
	Without --calcthumbnails=true this command performs a dry run. It reports what it would do and writes nothing. That is the default, so a plain php cli/joomla.php eventgallery:create-local-thumbnails never creates a single thumbnail.
