Uploading images to existing Events is possible, there is no option to create them.

I have project with many events owners.And I dont want to let him possibilities to open administration page. Security. So, I need possibility to add events from frontpage.

In this case, frontend editing will not help. Event Gallery as no fine-grained permissions for Events. But what about using Flickr or Google Photos? Once added to Event Gallery, they'll update automatically with newly added content at least every 24h.

I see, but I can't offer any practical solution for this. I did not build Event Gallery as an image sharing component. It can be uses by a group of people, but they all share the same permissions.
