Just updated to 3.15 and now when I try to upload images I get "An appropriate representation of the requested resource could not be found on this server. This error was generated by Mod_Security." error with a caption of "Not Accessable". I'm able to copy files to the folder that was created via media manager bot now via the program.

Tried chrome and firefox with no issues. Must be an IE thing. The last few pictures that I load do not show although the placeholder shadow image is present.

Please contact your hosting provider about the issue with mod_security. They should know best how to help you.

If thumbs do not appear after the upload there are many reasons like:

  • image is not uploaded correctly and the file is broken.
  • the server does not has enough memory to process the image

The easiest way to find the reason for this is to use the development tools of the browser and inspect the thumbnail to find the image url it uses. Open this image in a new tab/window. Usually you should see an error message which helps.

The URL is http://thonepc.com/cityofluv2/index.php/downtown-luverne Each browser appears to treat the issue a little differently. FF only shows the top 4 and all pics are viewable if clicked on. IE and Chrome don't show the bottom 3 images but the images are viewable if clicked on. The last image which is panoramic like the first does not show up as a thumbnail at all in any of the browsers but does show up in the slideshow. Thanks for the help and direction. TT

I put titles and descriptions for each picture and that took care of the issues. Seems like a cache issue but no clue from my end as I'm not the sharpest tool in the shed!

I guess the main issue here is that you use a wrapper for your sites content. The gallery detects how far a user scrolls down. But it uses the window to detect this. Your window does actually not scroll so we've got an issue here.

To make this work you should consider removing css style "overflow: auto" from the element #siteWrapper. This will remove the duplicated scroll bars on the right as well.

Perfect advice. Took care of all issues. Thank you!
