How can I know which photo is the one that has been seen or downloaded the most times by the users and visitors of the installed photo gallery.
Or if there is any way to know which have been the most viewed and downloaded

There is only a counter on an HTML page if you're using the pageable layout. Images in the lightbox are not counted. Access to the image file could be in your server log, but if you don't use local images, this will not help (even then it is a pain).
I recently added a download log. This shows who used the download-button on your image, but this is actually not what you're looking for when it comes to the question of the "most viewed" images. And how do I see who used the download button of an image
In the backend you'll see the list of downloads. If the user was logged in with the Joomla-account, you'll see his name. If the user was unknown, you'll see only some information of his user-agent/browser.
