#4333 strange behavior after update

Hi Sven, it seems I get a layout issue after Event Gallery last update.

Try to buy a picture in the link I add above, and you'll see it. I don't get a pop up as before.

Hi Fabio,

I can see many errors on that site in the browsers' developer console. Nevertheless, I see the popup if I click on the add2cart-button. That popup is not what I expect.

Instead of loading just raw output, I see your full page. I guess there is a system plugin which can't handle anything else than HTML documents. Usually things like Google Analytics plugins cause this. Please disable the system plugins step by step and check of the url above changes.

Ok.

The strange thing is that, before updating on my live site, I've installed the new Event gallery version on my demo site (which is equal to live site, except for missing images). And on my demo site, everything is ok, as you can see here: https://www.waterwind.it/demo/it/windsurf/report-e-foto/negozio-foto/event/W_2022_04_17_Sena_e_sa_chitta.html

I've tried to erase Google Analytics script from my website pages (which, anyway is added also inside demo site pages), but it makes no difference.... I'll check further

It has to be a system plugin. It creates the wrong document type because it does not take the .raw in the URL into account.

Hi Sven. I got it....

I checked my previous support tickets about your extension, and found this: https://www.svenbluege.de/support/event-gallery/3275-conflict-with-jomclassified

And once again, the problem is with Jomclassified location manager plugin. I gave Admin access to its developer some weeks ago ('cause Jomclassified is not 8.0 PHP ready, and ask for support on my live site), and something must have been done. Jomclassified developer had no access to my demo site, where no changes have been done (and that's why it works normally).

If I disable Jomclassified location manager plugin on my live site, Event gallery chart shows its correct layout once again.

Lot of wasted time. Quite disappointed...
