Sven: I have been using Event Gallery in conjunction with Google Photo Images but recently I've encountered the attached error message after clicking album selector. I don't recall adding any social media blockers. The previous event created was June 18th with no problems. Any ideas what is wrong. george

Hi,

please try to use the selector in an anonymous browser tab to make sure no browser extensions cause issues. You can use this page for a quick check: https://www.svenbluege.de/picasa/v1.2/

In addition you can try top open the browser console to see if there are any JavaScript error messages.

Sven: The album selector page appears normal with in an anonymous browser tab with the link that you provided but now I'm at a lost as to what to do or a workaround. Any suggestions? Thanks.

So I guess you have a fancy extension in your browser which blocks the necessary Javascript. You can try to use your Joomla backend in that anonymous browser or you check all extensions which your browser runs. Adblockers are extensions which I would look for.

Sven: In trying to identify the issue I discovered that it's latest version of Firefox that is causing the problem. Everything works fine with Chrome, Internet Explorer and Edge. Also I noticed that the share icon does not appear in Firefox. Thanks, george

I can't reproduce this behavior in Firefox 61. Can you share a link to that site, please? I would like to check the visibility of the sharing icons for each image.

Sven: I just updated Firefox to 61 to be sure but the album selector problem still exists on the back-end. As for the front-end the social share icon does not show up, however it does with Chrome and IE. Username and password: guest; guest. Then click any of the images in the right margin.
