 Hello,
I have managed to configure correctly to load albums from google photos, but I have a problem I do not appear all albums, is there any limit of albums?
I currently have 101 albums published, all from google photos

regards

Hi,

you'll hit a limitation with >1000 albums. It is not possible to query more from Google in the album selector.

Where do those albums not appear? Did you share them on Google so others can contribute?

mediatec
I have a similar problem, I have configured it and everything works, but now the last two albums that I have created in google do not appear in Event Manager.
I currently have 129 albums.
some subject?

sbluege
Do you see them in the album selector (the dialog, where you see all your albums)? Did you shared them or allowed contribution from others?

mediatec
In google photos if I see them, they are shared
but in the selector of Event Manager these last two albums do not appear (if the rest appear), it is marked to see all.
some of them appear to me as public and others as private, it works for me in both cases, but I do not know why it makes that difference, I do not know how it is configured in google photos.

sbluege
The Album Selector uses plain Google code. What is the difference between the two new albums and your old ones?

Please double check that in Google Photos nobody can contribute to those new albums. It was possible in the past, but right now I don't see that option in Google Photos anymore. You can also try to create a new album which is not shared. Is this album visible?

mediatec
Hello,
the albums are public and are visible.
but since Event Gallery I have stopped the gallery since it does not detect new albums that if they are created in google and I can see them,
I do not know what to do ...

Just to make sure we're on the same page: we're talking about the list of Google albums? Do you see your new albums here if you log in? https://www.svenbluege.de/picasa/v1.2/

Do you have more than 1000 albums?
Can you create a new album with a single photo and see it on that page?
Are you sure, you're using the same Google account to create the images and to login to https://www.svenbluege.de/picasa/v1.2/

With the current Google Photos version, you can't make any album public. So it does not matter what you see directly on the Google page. What matters is the data Google provides via its API. Plain albums will appear. But as soon as you start sharing or let people contribute to those albums, they might disappear in the API and the become invisible on this page: https://www.svenbluege.de/picasa/v1.2/

Hello,
there were two albums that for the reason that I do not know are not seen.
but I have added new albums and if that can be seen so it seems that the problem is solved
Thank you

sbluege
Please make sure you don't share new albums or let people contribute.
