Hello,
jommla tells me the update source is not available (http://www.svenbluege.de/index.php?option=com_ars&view=update&task=stream&format=xml&id=2/extension.xml).

Is there a way I can fix this, so I can do an auto-update with joomla, or do I have to update the gallery manually?

I have no clue how you managed to add this to the database. Please try to install the whole package again. You should update to 3.5.4 anyways. Maybe that fixes it already. If not you need to touch the database directly. Just let me know if the manual update helps.
