To access any album from Google Photos, you need to create a Google API project. For details see the Google Photos section in the manual. the section called “Google Photos - API”
Here are the options you have to set up your Google Photos Account:

Name
The name of this Google Photos Account. This is just an information for you.

Description
The description of an Google Photos Account. Here you can add some notes to yourself.

Client ID
Part of the credentials you need to get from Google.

Secret
Part of the credentials you need to get from Google.

Refresh Token
While the Client ID and the Secret just identify the Google API Project, the refresh token identifies a specific Google Account which uses this API project. Whenever you change the Project credentials, you need to refresh this token after you saved the new credentials.
