Hi!
Thank you for this great component. I've been using it for over a year and it has always worked until recently. Now about 5% of the thumbnails load and a bit more of the images. Sometimes it says The image could not be loaded and sometimes the image loads even if the thumbnail doesn't.
This is a new problem and I am not sure when it started. Any idea what could be wrong?
Thank you.

Hi,

What has changed regarding your hosting environment? Is it always the same thumbnail which does not load? Can you check your servers error log?

Unfortunately, random errors are a sign for a crapy web server.

Indeed I have [Wed Aug 15 19:34:16.469033 2018] [:error] [pid 1883694:tid 139739021027072] (12)Cannot allocate memory: [client 114.134.185.130:60876] couldn't create child process: /usr/sbin/suphp for /.../public_html/index.php, referer: https://www.domain.com/gallery/event/specific-event

I'm checking with the hosting company as it used to work perfectly. Maybe some setting changes server side?

I'll keep the thread updated when I have more details.

Thank you

So they told me there are multiple reasons for this error. One of them is a known bug with "VMEM" (virtual memory being enabled on the server's LVE Manager). they've seen this on other servers, and therefore have disabled VMEM.

The problem is now fixed. So I guess that was my issue. Thank you for your help.

You're welcome.
