 Good Morning,

I am using your event gallery at a very basic level to just display pictures on my website.

When I edit the properties of one of my events within "Manage Events" and go to the section labeled "Others" I see an option at the bottom for "Download" and whether I want to turn this option on or off.

Clicking Yes or No to this option doesn't seem to have any effect. I was under the impression that when this option is on and a user clicks on the image on the frontend that a download link would be provided to download the image. However this appears to not be the case, as nothing appears in order to download the image from the frontend.

Is this option not available in the free version and only the extended version of Event Gallery? Or am I misinterpreting this feature.

If this feature is available in the free version, kindly advise how I am to proceed to allow a user to download the images from the front end.

Kind Regards,
A

Hi,

There is an additional switch in the components configuration. You need to switch this on too.
