Pixel Opas Review I was searching for a replacement of my old RF-602 radio triggers. The RF-603 are no option because of the missing ability to mount them directly to a light stand and the disability to fix the transmitter to the cameras hot shoe.

After a little research I found the Pixel Opas triggers. They are manual radio triggers and offer some benefits.

Some weeks ago I ordered some Pixel Opas flash triggers. To cut a long story short the Pixel Opas is a manual flash trigger in transceiver design. They replaced my old RF-602 and I'll add a short review of them later. But that blog entry is more about creating my own lightening for an event.

RF 602I bought my first radio triggers back in 2008. Also known as ebay triggers the cactus v2s became my first set of radio triggers for speedlites. The build quality was poor and the reliability was even poorer. Because of this I switched to the Yongnuo RF-602 devices.
